Enquiry and contact form submissions: When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics and usage data: We collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve our content and services.
Behaviour analytics: We use Hotjar and Funnelytics to understand visitor journeys and conversion behaviour. These tools process anonymised session data.
Payments: Where payment is required for any service, transactions are processed by Stripe Inc. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Communications: If you contact us by email we retain that correspondence to handle your query.

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact privacy@automated.wales if you believe a child has submitted data and we will delete it promptly.
